These terms cover the use of this website. They are not terms of sale — supply terms are agreed with each practice when an order is placed, and nothing here overrides what we agree with you in writing.

This site is information, not an offer

Product descriptions on this site are indicative and are there to tell you what categories we supply. They are not an offer to sell, do not form a contract, and do not constitute a full product specification. Prices are not published here; we quote on request. Availability and lead times are confirmed at the point of order, not by this page.

Nothing on this site is clinical advice. Decisions about which products are appropriate for a given patient or procedure rest with the registered clinician responsible for that care.

Our role

Denova Supplies Ltd is a distributor. We require the applicable conformity documentation from the manufacturer before we list a product.

As a distributor we do not manufacture the products we supply. Product conformity, marking and manufacturer documentation are the manufacturer’s responsibility. We will provide the documentation we hold for any product on request, before you order.

Samples

Samples are provided free of charge, with no order required and nothing to sign. They are supplied so you can assess a product before deciding whether to buy it. We may limit sample quantities where a request is clearly disproportionate.

If something is wrong with an order

If a product you have ordered is not as described, tell us and we will replace it or refund it. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current at every moment, and we may change its content at any time. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this website. Liability in connection with goods we supply is dealt with in the supply terms agreed for that order.

Intellectual property

The content and design of this site belong to Denova Supplies Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own use within a dental practice; please do not republish them elsewhere without asking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
