This notice explains what Denova Supplies Ltd does with personal data collected through this website. We have tried to keep it short and specific rather than comprehensive and vague.

Who we are

Denova Supplies Ltd is the data controller. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17389033. Registered office: 13 Stanley Road, New Ferry, Wirral, United Kingdom, CH62 5AR.

What we collect, and when

We collect personal data in one situation only: when you choose to contact us. If you use the enquiry form, that is:

• Practice name
• Your name
• Email
• Phone (optional)
• How can we help?

If you ask for a price, we collect the same contact details plus the products you tell us you buy and, only if you choose to give them, your current supplier, the price you pay and the pack size. If you request free samples, we collect the same contact details plus the delivery address and postcode to post them to, and the products you chose.

If you email or phone us instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us. We do not collect anything else through these forms.

This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure which pages practices find useful — but only if you accept the analytics cookie banner shown on your first visit. Nothing loads, no request reaches Google, and no cookie is set unless you accept; declining, or leaving the banner unanswered, keeps analytics off entirely. We run no advertising and use no tracking pixels or embedded third-party content beyond this one analytics tool, and Google’s advertising signals are always declined regardless of your choice. Analytics activity is never linked to anything you submit through the enquiry form.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you want us to, to send samples, pricing or product documentation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — the interest being to respond to a business enquiry that you initiated. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.

We will not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Who processes it for us

We hold no database and run no server of our own. Two providers process data on our behalf:

• Formspree, Inc. — form submission processing and delivery by email. When you submit the enquiry form, your submission is transmitted to this provider, which delivers it to us by email and may retain a copy in its own systems. Based in the United States. Their privacy policy.
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and delivery. Serving a web page necessarily involves handling your IP address and browser request data. Based in the United States. Their privacy policy.

Because both providers are based outside the UK, submitting the form involves an international transfer of your data. We rely on the transfer mechanisms offered in those providers’ data processing terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation you may return to. After that it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you; to have it corrected or deleted; to restrict or object to how we use it; and to have it provided in a portable format. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object — tell us and we will stop unless we have a compelling reason not to, which for a supplier enquiry is unlikely.

Complaints

If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
